The Mustaqbal Project is a collaborative initiative between Ameerah Al-Taweel Foundation  “Global” and Education for Employment (EFE), with the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) partnering in the first phase.The project aims to implement a demand-driven training model designed to empower Yemeni youth by equipping them with market-relevant skills for a brighter, more sustainable future.


Building a Strong Foundation for Success

The Mustaqbal Project seeks to support 500 students by delivering EFE’s core training programs:


  • Job Placement Training Program.
  • Self-Employment Training Program.
  • Pathways to a Job Training Program.


Through structured training, mentorship, and career guidance, the project empowers participants with the tools they need to enter the workforce, secure meaningful employment, or pursue entrepreneurial paths. The initiative focuses on Aden, Yemen, where the need for vocational training and employment opportunities remains critical.

Enrollment and Impact


To date, hundreds of students have been enrolled across all three programs, exceeding initial projections and underscoring the growing demand for skills-based education in Yemen. This milestone reflects the project’s deep commitment to youth development and economic empowerment.

2024 Achievements


The second year of implementation has seen further momentum:


Job Training and Placement Program
  • 155 Yemeni youth trained, including 19 youth with disabilities.


Self-Employment Training Program
  • 164 Yemeni youth empowered with entrepreneurial skills.


Employment Outcomes
  • 28 graduates successfully placed in jobs.
  • 110 participants have received job offers.


By investing in human capital, the Mustaqbal Project plays a vital role in Yemen’s recovery and development. Through strategic partnerships and targeted programming, Ameerah Al-Taweel Foundation  “Global” reaffirms its commitment to building a more inclusive and prosperous future for the youth of Yemen.
